1Introduction & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the company operating the 33dk platform ("33dk", "we", "us") and the user of the platform ("user", "you"). These Terms apply to the 33dk website, mobile application, and all related services.

Key Definitions

• Platform: The 33dk website, app, and all associated digital services.
• Account: A user's registered personal profile through which the platform is accessed.
• Real Money Balance: The actual funds deposited in the user's account.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

• Each person may open only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

• The user must operate the account in their own name and for their own use — not on behalf of anyone else.
• The payment method used when creating the account must belong to the user.

Identity Verification (KYC)

33dk reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time for security and fraud prevention purposes. The verification process may require a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Failure to provide the correct documents may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

3Account Security

Keeping your 33dk account secure is your own responsibility. Login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.

• Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported to 33dk support immediately.
• After logging in from a public device or shared network, make sure to log out of your account.
• You are responsible for all activities carried out using your account.
• 33dk will never ask for your password or banking details via email or chat — treat any such message as a phishing attempt.

Account Transfer

A 33dk account is strictly personal and non-transferable. Selling, renting, gifting, or transferring the account to another person in any way is strictly prohibited and may result in the account being terminated.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at 33dk is ৳500. The platform currently accepts the following payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
• Nagad — The digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.
• Upay — A fast and secure mobile payment service.

Deposits are generally processed instantly. Funds deposited must come from the user's own account.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After a successful request, payment is generally made within 10 to 45 minutes. At the time of withdrawal:

• The user's identity verification must be completed.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• The wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing bonus balance.
• 33dk reserves the right to conduct additional verification for unusual or suspicious transactions.

5Bonuses & Promotions

33dk offers various bonuses and promotions for new and existing users. Each bonus has its own conditions that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit at 33dk, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Current wagering requirement: bonus × 15.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus must be used within a specified time limit.
• Meeting the wagering requirement is mandatory before withdrawing any winnings made using a bonus.
• Multiple members of the same household may not claim the same bonus.
• 33dk reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers without notice.
• If any irregularity or suspected fraud is detected, the bonus may be cancelled.

6Gaming Rules

33dk offers slot games, live casino, sports betting, and many other game categories. Specific rules apply to each game category, and these are described within the games themselves.

General Gaming Policy

• All games are operated on a fair play basis using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Exploiting any software or network error to gain an advantage is prohibited.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, the platform's server logs will be considered the final evidence.

Sports Betting

For sports betting, 33dk offers markets across various sports — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and more. As an example of a betting market, consider the match winner market for a Bangladesh vs India match. Odds are subject to change, and the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 33dk:

• Creating an account using false or misleading information.
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing the bonus system ("bonus hunting" or "arbitrage betting").
• Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software in any way.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any other technological advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Threatening or harassing other users, staff, or 33dk.
• Submitting false claims or chargebacks.

10Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or complaint, the user must first contact 33dk's customer support directly. Every effort will be made to resolve all disputes peacefully through discussion.

11Limitations & Disclaimers

33dk always strives to provide uninterrupted service, however 33dk will not be held responsible in the following situations:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment service providers.
• Force Majeure events — natural disasters, cyberattacks, government directives, etc.
• Loss caused by the user's own mistakes or negligence.
• Loss resulting from unauthorized third-party access to the account (if due to the user's carelessness).

33dk strives to ensure the accuracy of all information on its platform, but cannot accept full liability for any errors in that information.

12Changes to Terms & Termination

Changes to Terms

33dk reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms at any time. Users will be notified as early as possible in the case of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

Account Termination

Users may request to close their account at any time. 33dk reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or forgery.
• Failure to verify identity.
• Extended inactivity.

Any valid funds in the user's balance at the time of account termination (excluding bonuses) will be returned through the appropriate method, unless an investigation is ongoing.
